Here is a recipe for low-carb white chocolate fudge!
65g unsalted butter
65 g of peanut butter without sugar
60 g cream cheese (philadelphia or something like it)
1.5-2 dl Stevia sugar (you can even try a little bit of honey if you would like to make it a little bit sugary)
1,5dl Vanilla powder
Melt butter and peanut butter over low heat in saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in cream cheese and sweetening until everything is smooth, stir in the protein powder. Let melt by the heat and pour into small bakplåtsklädd shape. Allow to set in the fridge and then cut bite-sized pieces.
NOTE! This is after all energy-dense sweets so eat in moderation! 1-2 pieces than enough.
