Today I mostly did cardio. A 45 min spinning class, lead with a 30 minute running and 20 minute cross country. I think when you are trying to get back into working out, you really have to push yourself when it comes to cardio and focus on it. Cardio is one of the worst things in the world when you are out of shape, but it is one of the best things in this world when you get a routine of it and do it everyday. It really helps to get some frustration off and you get so much energy afterwards! Natural endorphines! So run run run everyday. and really push yourself.
