No excuses.


Even if the christmas days are coming up, and there are plenty of things to do around the house and loads of people to see, you will try and find an excuse not to exercise! If you dont have the access to a gym, that is still okay, not an excuse. Wake up an hour earlier, and go for a brisk hour powerwalk. Great way to gain some energy, clear your head, and get some circulation in your body. Also a hell of a great metabolism booster!

And I know that it is hard to think about what you eat during christmas, therefore I am not telling you to not eat any goodies! JUST! try to eat it in moderation. Eat what you like, just make sure you don't drop in to the annual christmasfood coma! :) Just a tip. Otherwise! HAVE AN AMAZING CHRISTMAS.
