Today I am unfortunately a little bit hung over. So the rigorous workout that I was hoping to have will not happen. HOWEVER! I am going to go and do 90 minutes of Bikram. Which will probably be absolutely horrible, but it will definitely help my body to detox a bit!
Yoga really is a great exercise. I love doing yoga on the days when I am rather tired, or a bit worn out and can't quite make it through a an hour spinnning class. Then I think Yoga is the perfect option! Because it really helps to clear you mind and soul, but also to really work those inner core muscles.
