An excellent snack, if you need to snack, is apple and almond butter or peanut butter, of course sugar free and all-natural. Don't forget, it is important to eat 6 meals a day! It is okay to snack, as long as it is healthy snack. This is relatively healthy! Because you need to be able to crave, and most of the time if you dont satisfy your cravings, it will effect your mood. So here is to a healthy yumma snack! :)
