Unfortunately I didn't have any time at all today to do any exercises....
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs: 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of milk
1 glass of freshly squeezed juice
1 cup of green tea
Snack
Carrot sticks
2 glasses of water
Lunch
Sallad: Chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, corn, mozarella, 1 table spoon of dressing.
2 glasses of water
Snack
nothing....
so I had 5 big glasses of water spread out during the afternoon. It helps to keep the appetite down.
Dinner
Tapas (all kinds of different foods. Meat, seafood, soup)
1 slice of bread
Believe it all in all I had 11 glasses of water!!!
